彈性柱銷齒式聯(lián)軸器采用非金屬彈性柱銷和兩個(gè)帶齒形半聯(lián)以及一個(gè)外圈的齒形套環(huán)設(shè)計(jì)，利用非金屬彈性的變形來傳遞扭矩同時(shí)緩沖減震，補(bǔ)償角向位移。彈性柱銷聯(lián)軸器是一種結(jié)構(gòu)簡單制造容易，無需潤滑，裝拆彈性柱銷便捷的傳動(dòng)基礎(chǔ)件，利用兩個(gè)帶法蘭孔的半聯(lián)和置于起重的非金屬彈性柱銷來傳遞扭矩，適用于中低速和中低扭矩場合。彈性套柱銷聯(lián)軸器設(shè)計(jì)簡單巧妙，適用性較廣的聯(lián)軸器，利用帶彈性套的柱銷聯(lián)接兩個(gè)帶銷孔的半聯(lián)，實(shí)現(xiàn)扭矩傳遞的同時(shí)兼具較大的角向補(bǔ)償，同時(shí)減震緩沖性能良好，可以用在速度較快的場合，無需潤滑，銷套更換便捷。
