柔性套齒聯(lián)軸器在裝配前先把零部件清洗干凈，清洗后的零部件，在運行時發(fā)生劇烈振動要注意溫升，橡膠彈性元件承受變載荷時宜預緊，避免反向應(yīng)力。潤滑油由噴嘴射入，經(jīng)齒輪側(cè)面間隙流過，從套筒小孔中流出，這樣主要起冷卻作用，較難形成油膜，齒面磨損比強力潤滑要快，將潤滑脂注入內(nèi)部后密封, 定期清洗更換，實際上也屬于這種方式。由于彈性元件用材不同，設(shè)置方法多種多樣。
