RL系列膜片聯(lián)軸器是結合歐洲與日本等優(yōu)質產(chǎn)品基礎之上獨立開發(fā)的高品質產(chǎn)品。膜片式聯(lián)軸器擁有更小的體積，更大的同型扭矩和更合理的配比尺寸，補償范圍大，質量輕轉動慣量小螺栓與膜片組的孔連接部位采用特殊的彈性墊套設計，極大減小了孔緣部位應力的集中，杜絕膜片的撕裂交損，延長使用壽命。

膜片彈性聯(lián)軸器采用模塊化設計，裝配簡單，維修更換快捷。性能遠超國標JM系列產(chǎn)品，大量應用于風機系統(tǒng)，汽輪機組及其他重要工業(yè)領域。

彈性膜片聯(lián)軸器在傳遞扭矩的同時通過彈性膜片的的變形來補償軸向和角向的位移，是一種高性能的金屬彈性撓性聯(lián)軸器。彈性聯(lián)軸器結構緊湊，傳遞扭矩大，使用壽命長，免維護，耐高溫，耐酸堿防腐蝕，適用于高溫高速及有腐蝕工況環(huán)境的軸系傳動。

萬向聯(lián)軸器采用十字軸承聯(lián)接兩端聯(lián)接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯(lián)接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率優(yōu)異，在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十字萬向聯(lián)軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯(lián)軸器使用的場合相近，主要運用在重載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lián)軸器采用整體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯(lián)軸器。

萬向節(jié)聯(lián)軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯(lián)軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯(lián)軸器聯(lián)接的機泵在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的調整，使對輪既同心又平行，否則將影響機泵使用效率或造成設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯(lián)軸器用來將不同機構中的主動軸和從動軸牢固地聯(lián)接起來一同旋轉，并傳遞運動和扭矩的機械部件。有時也用以聯(lián)接軸與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩半合成，分別用鍵或緊配合等聯(lián)接，緊固在兩軸端，再通過某種方式將兩半聯(lián)接起來。

靠背輪聯(lián)軸器可兼有補償兩軸之間由于制造安裝不精確、工作時的變形或熱膨脹等原因所發(fā)生的偏移（包括軸向偏移、徑向偏移、角偏移或綜合偏移）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。

靠背輪為俗稱，專業(yè)叫法為聯(lián)軸器以及法蘭，用于機械設備的連接。
