鼓型齒式聯軸器是一種特別設計的先進齒式聯軸器,其外齒制成球面,球面的中心在齒輪的軸線上,齒側的間隙比一般產品稍大,鼓形齒聯軸器可以傳遞較大的扭矩和允許較大的角位移,性能優(yōu)異且壽命更加長久。

Due to the special hook face drum gear design, in the definitive deviation scope, it can effectively avoid the edge stress concentration at tooth meshing, so it has outstanding radial and angular centering capacity. Moreover, it can ensure long service life. ROD series drum gear coupling is one of Rokee’s core technical products. It has compact and reasonable structure, light weight, small hole-position fitting draw ratio, large pressure angle design, accurate centering and excellent speed performance. The gear sleeve at both sides is in the structure of locating ring and uniform parts are used. In addition, the sealing is excellent and easy. 萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭,可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩,對角向的補償可達25?以上,采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高,傳動效率優(yōu)異,在現代工業(yè)領域被廣泛采用。
SWP十字萬向聯軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局,與SWC十字萬向聯軸器使用的場合相近,主要運用在重載大型裝備領域,回轉直徑可達1200mm。
SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用整體式叉頭布局,主要用于軋鋼機械,起重運輸機械等其他重型裝備領域,回轉直徑可到1600mm,扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上,是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器。
萬向節(jié)聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移,傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的調整,使對輪既同心又平行,否則將影響機泵使用效率或造成設備運行事故。

伺服電機聯軸器,因其使用場合的精密性,必須具備特殊的性能:零間隙:聯軸器整體在傳動過程中不允許有間隙,包括正向間隙以及回程間隙;高剛性:即不允許出現傳動的遲滯性,否則將嚴重影響伺服馬達傳動的精度;低慣量:在保證傳動強度的基礎之上,應盡可能降低伺服馬達聯軸器的重量;柔性:精密的伺服聯軸器,不僅要求剛性高,同時需要吸收安裝過程中產生的軸與軸之間的偏差;其他性能:耐熱性、動平衡性等。
風機聯軸器是電機與風機連接的聯軸器。它可以將不同機構中的主動軸和從動軸牢牢地緊密連接在一起,以此達到一同旋轉的目的,并傳遞運動機械零件,有時也用以聯接軸與其他零件。
風機聯軸器具有減速、增速、變向和換向等動作以及緩和沖擊、吸振的作用。聯軸器可分為剛性聯軸器和撓性聯軸器兩大類。前者不具有緩沖性和補償兩軸線相對位移的能力,但結構簡單,制造成本較低,裝拆、維護方便。
靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構中的主動軸和從動軸牢固地聯接起來一同旋轉,并傳遞運動和扭矩的機械部件。有時也用以聯接軸與其他零件(如齒輪、帶輪等)。
靠背輪常由兩半合成,分別用鍵或緊配合等聯接,緊固在兩軸端,再通過某種方式將兩半聯接起來。
靠背輪聯軸器可兼有補償兩軸之間由于制造安裝不精確、工作時的變形或熱膨脹等原因所發(fā)生的偏移(包括軸向偏移、徑向偏移、角偏移或綜合偏移);以及緩和沖擊、吸振。
